Saudi Vision 2030 is a strategic framework aims to create a vibrant society and a thriving economy, Murcia was one of the first envisioned projects for residential development for SA capital, Al-Riyadh, designed to meet the redefined modern Saudi living by the vision. Murcia City project needed a modern brand identity and a strong creative strategy to position it as more than just housing, it had to resonate as a lifestyle destination, culturally relevant yet forward-looking.
We anchored the brand narrative in the concept of “Modern Living with Cultural Roots”. Murcia’s identity blends architectural sophistication with the warmth of Saudi community values. The strategy positioned the city as a complete ecosystem — a place where daily convenience, green spaces, and vibrant social life intersect.
